A. It depends upon the product and the location of the customer. Your product might come from abroad.

Q. When can I expect the delivery of my order ?

A. Shipping times vary across products and also depend upon factors like demand, supply and shipping locations.

Q. Who will pay the customs fee, if required ?

A. If your order value/quantity remains below a certain threshold, you need not worry about it, however in certain cases the customer shall have to pay the customs fee which shall depend upon the customer's shipping location and order value/quantity/nature.
